As we come to the end of 2025, we’ve been reflecting on what truly made this year meaningful, and the answer keeps coming back to one thing: community.

Private practice can be deeply fulfilling, but it can also be isolating, uncertain, and heavy. Many of us spend our days holding space for others while quietly navigating the realities of running a practice, making ends meet, and wondering if we’re doing enough. Community doesn’t fix everything, but it changes how alone we feel while figuring it out.
