Founded in 2013 by Shelby Castile, LMFT, OC Shrinks has grown into a thriving professional network dedicated to supporting clinicians and strengthening access to quality mental health resources throughout Orange County and beyond.
Our mission is to create meaningful connections within the mental health field — making it easier for professionals to collaborate, share resources, build visibility, and connect individuals with the support they need.
