Shelby Castile is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, focusing on holistic approaches that bring balance to mind, body and spirit. For over 20 years, Shelby has worked with individuals and couples in Orange County, CA, to heal, restore and rejuvenate relationships both with one another, and with themselves.
At the root of everything she does, lies a belief that asking for help can be the greatest act of love, for both yourself, and those you care about. In essence, she holds space for people, to help them, holistically, live their very best lives.
In addition to being a classically trained and skilled Psychotherapist, Shelby is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500). She has also been featured in Elephant Journal numerous times and is a regular contributor for Shyft Magazine.

Priscilla Jadallah, LMFT
Priscilla Jadallah, Marriage Family Therapist Associate has worked in the field for over 7 years. Priscilla is passionate about working with the eating disorder population as well as working with substance abuse, anxiety, depression and trauma. Priscilla has worked in multiple eating disorder treatment centers as well as private practice and is currently a clinical therapist for Hotel California By The Sea working with substance abuse and eating disorder.
Priscilla is the creator of Journey To Becoming Whole an eating disorder support & recovery blog and has served as a board member for IAEDP and Project Heal.
Priscilla is the co creator and co host of a internet based video series titled Behind The Mask: Eating Disorders Unveiled. This series is focused on sharing real stories of real people bringing real hope and providing resources for anyone affected and struggling with eating disorders.
Priscilla is passionate and she believes in advocating for hope that recovery is possible.
